You should know the full cost of a job before you say yes — so here it is, published. Gazette ₹3,000 (₹5,500 Express), Passport ₹499, GST ₹499 plus ₹499 a month, PAN ₹300 all-inclusive, Udyam ₹200: our fees, in the open, with the government's charge always a separate named line — except PAN, where we have folded it in so there is only one number to remember. Compare any agent's quote against this page; if their number cannot be split into those two lines, you have found the margin they were hiding.

The two-part bill — and why we refuse to blur it
This page exists to protect you. Once you can see which rupee goes to the government and which to the service provider, nobody can pad a quote in front of you again — and that single habit has saved our clients more money than any discount ever could. Every government job carries exactly two costs, and honest pricing keeps them apart.
The government fee is set by the authority — the Government Press for a gazette, the Ministry of External Affairs for a passport, the certifying agency for a DSC token. It is fixed, paid to the government or its authorised channel, and nobody can make it smaller: not us, not anyone. Some processes, like GST registration on the portal, carry no government fee at all.
Our professional fee is the work itself — documents checked, the affidavit or application drafted without errors, filed correctly, followed up until you hold a verified result. It is the only money we keep, and for the flagship services it is published rather than negotiated: Gazette ₹3,000 Normal or ₹5,500 Express (the identical service, faster handling), Passport ₹499, GST ₹499 to register and ₹499 a month to file, Udyam ₹200. PAN card work is the one exception to the two-line rule: there we charge ₹300 all-inclusive for a new PAN or a correction to an Indian address, with the government fee already folded in, because a single number is easier to trust than a sum.
An inflated "all-in" figure is how customers get overcharged, because it hides the agent's margin inside one vague number — so since 2017, across 1,200+ assisted Gazette applications, every Harsiddhi quote has named both lines (for a gazette, a third genuine cost too: the newspaper advertisement, billed by the paper). Ask for yours on WhatsApp: it arrives in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it.
The rule we hold ourselves to
You should always be able to answer two questions after reading a quote: how much of this is the government's, and how much is Harsiddhi Services'. If a price does not let you answer both, it is not transparent — ours always will.

Only the gazette, passport and GST professional fees are fixed and published; DSC is quoted on request, and anything not listed is quoted case by case so you always get a firm number before committing. Government fees change — passport fees were revised on 1 July 2026 — so we confirm the current figure against the official portal at the time of your application.
The two-plan gazette model — and why it is honest
Our gazette pricing has exactly two options, and the difference between them is speed, not service. A lot of customers assume a higher price buys a "better" or "more likely to succeed" application. It does not, and we will not pretend it does.
- Normal — ₹3,000. The complete done-for-you gazette job: document check, affidavit drafting and notarisation, the newspaper advertisement, filing with the Government Press, and the verified e-gazette PDF at the end. Typically 45–60 days end to end.
- Express — ₹5,500. Exactly the same steps, documents and inclusions. What you pay extra for is prioritised handling on our side and more frequent follow-up, which typically brings the total to about 30 days.
Both plans exclude the government publication fee and the newspaper advertisement charge — those are the same real third-party costs whichever plan you pick. Neither plan buys influence over the Government Press, and no honest agent can promise a fixed publication date. Choose Express only if a real deadline needs it. Why our prices are low — and still sustainable
A fair question when a professional fee is ₹499: what is the catch? There is none, and it is worth explaining why the number can be that low without cutting corners or hiding costs elsewhere.
Volume and efficiency, not a loss-leader trick
We have run documentation work from a single Vadodara office since 2017. High volume means our cost per case is genuinely low. Nine years of drafting means the paperwork is done quickly and correctly the first time, which is where agents who charge more actually lose money — on rework and rejections. We price for the many, not the few, and we do not need to inflate one bill to cover a mistake on another.
The other half of the answer is what we deliberately do not do. We do not add a "handling charge", a "processing charge" or a "service charge" on top of the government fee — those line items exist mainly to pad a bill. We do not mark up the government fee and pocket the difference. When there is a real third-party cost, such as a newspaper advertisement or a DSC token, we tell you what it is and pass it through. Low, honest pricing done at scale is a better business than high, opaque pricing done occasionally — and it is the reason clients come back and refer others.
What "fixed quote before work begins" means in practice
It is a specific commitment, not a slogan. Here is exactly how it works when you approach us.

- We send a written quote. Our professional fee as one line, the government fee as another, and any genuine third-party cost as a third. One clear total, in writing.
- You approve before we start. No work begins until you say yes to that total. If the scope later changes because your case genuinely needs more, we tell you and re-quote — we never add charges quietly.
- You get proof at each step. Affidavit scans, filing confirmations and the final result, so you can see the money did what it was meant to.
