Every checklist below is a genuine, on-page reference — not a locked PDF sitting behind an email form. Getting the most out of a checklist
- Read the whole list first. Scenarios differ — a renewal needs different papers from a fresh application. Find the row that matches your situation before you start gathering.
- Check spellings across documents. The most common cause of rejection is a name spelled differently on Aadhaar, PAN and other proofs. Reconcile these before you apply.
- Print or save your copy. Use Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac) to print or save as PDF. Tick each item as you collect it.
- Send us photos if unsure. One WhatsApp message with clear photos and we will confirm your set is complete before anything is filed.
