Resources: everything to find your way
A single place to answer a quick question, look up a term, find the right official portal, or see how a service flows from start to finish. Use it to orient yourself before you apply — or before you ask us anything.
Typical reply within minutes during office hours.
Four ways to get your bearings
Most people arrive at a government process with one of four needs: a quick answer to a specific question, the meaning of a term on a form, the address of the correct official website, or a picture of how the whole thing works from beginning to end. This hub exists to point you straight to whichever one you need, without wading through a full guide first.
Everything gathered here is reference material — general, honest, and free to use with no sign-up. It will not do the job for you, and it is not a substitute for advice on your exact situation; it is the map you consult before you set out. When you are ready for the work itself, the individual service pages and a single WhatsApp message take over from here.
Done right the first time
Rejections and re-filings cost weeks. Our checklists, drafted documents and daily practice exist so your application goes in clean — once.
Fixed fee. Written quote. Real office at Chhani Jakatnaka, Vadodara you can walk into.
Where to go for what
- Cross-service FAQ hub — the questions we are asked most across gazette, passport, GST and DSC, answered in one place, with links into each service's own detailed FAQ.
- Official government links — a curated directory of the real, official portals for each service, so you never end up on a lookalike site. Only genuine .gov.in / nic.in addresses.
- Glossary of terms — plain definitions for the words that appear on forms and notices: ARN, eKYC, annexure, LUT, gazette, and dozens more.
- Process flowcharts — a step-by-step visual of each core service's journey with us, from first message to finished document.
Think of it as a decision made once: if you know what you want but not the word, go to the glossary; if you know the word but not the site, go to the official links; if you know neither, the FAQ or a flowchart will orient you in a minute. None of these pages ask for a single detail about you — they are simply there to be read.
Beyond quick reference
When a quick answer is not enough, the knowledge centre carries longer, carefully written guides — the difference between Tatkal and normal passports, whether you actually need GST registration at all, how notarisation and e-stamping work, what a Class 3 DSC is used for, how a name mismatch across documents is resolved, and dozens more. Those articles go into the detail a reference page deliberately leaves out.
If you would rather skip straight to getting something done, the downloads section has printable document checklists for the four services people most often get wrong, and the pricing pages lay out our professional fees plainly, with government charges always kept separate. Between these, most visitors find either the answer they came for or the next step they needed.
Still not sure where to start?
Tell us in one line what you are trying to achieve — "change my surname after marriage", "register GST for my new shop", "get a DSC for tenders" — and we will point you to the exact page, or simply handle the whole thing. For many people that single message is the fastest route of all.
Cannot find what you need?
Send us a one-line message describing what you are trying to do. We will point you to the right resource, or just take care of it for you.
