Jayrajsinh Parmar
Owner of Harsiddhi Services and holder of the firm’s government-approved Common Service Centre licence. Since 2017 he has run the Chhani Jakatnaka counter where gazette notifications, passport files, PAN applications, digital signatures and e-stamps are prepared — and he writes most of what you read on this site about them.
Who writes this site, and why that should matter to you
Most documentation websites are written by nobody in particular. That is a problem when the subject is your passport, your PAN or a name change that will follow you for the rest of your life — you are entitled to know whose experience is behind the advice.
Jayrajsinh Parmar founded Harsiddhi Services in 2017 and holds its Common Service Centre licence, number 136237240013, issued under the Government of India’s CSC scheme. A CSC licence is what allows a private centre to deliver certain citizen services under government frameworks, and it carries obligations about how those services are delivered and how citizen data is handled. The centre also holds Aadhaar update centre ID GJCSCBC_VD_NO117976, under which it runs a mobile-number-update point — and only that; every other Aadhaar change is directed to a government Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
Day to day, he is the person at the counter. He reads the proofs, spots the mismatch between a school certificate and an Aadhaar record before it becomes a rejection, decides whether a case genuinely needs a gazette notification or whether a cheaper route will do, and follows applications until the document is in the applicant’s hand. Roughly six thousand files have passed across that desk since 2017.
That is also why several pages on this site talk you out of paying us — the free instant e-PAN route, the free e-gazette download, the Aadhaar changes that belong at a government Kendra. Those paragraphs exist because they are what he would tell you across the counter.
What he handles personally
- Gujarat Gazette notifications. Name, surname, marriage, divorce, religion, gender and date-of-birth changes, from affidavit drafting to the published notification — the firm’s largest single body of work.
- Passport documentation. Fresh applications, reissue, Tatkal, minors, lost and damaged passports, and the annexures that decide whether a file clears police verification cleanly.
- PAN applications and corrections. Including the post-2026 Forms 93 to 96 regime and gazette-backed name changes.
- Digital Signature Certificates. Class 3 individual and organisation certificates for MCA, GST, income tax, tenders, DGFT and ICEGATE.
- E-stamping and legal drafting. Affidavits, agreements, undertakings and indemnity bonds in Gujarati and English.
- Aadhaar mobile number updates — under Aadhaar update centre ID GJCSCBC_VD_NO117976, the single Aadhaar facility the centre operates, described honestly on its own page.
GST registration, return filing and practitioner-level GST work is handled by Sejal J. Parmar, who holds the GST practitioner licence. Notarisation is performed by Advocate N. J. Parmar, with over 35 years at the bar.
Three rules the counter runs on
The price is fixed before the work starts. Not an estimate, not a range that grows once your documents are already with us. Where a service has a standard rate it is published openly on the pricing page so you can compare before you ever call.
The free route gets mentioned first. If the income-tax portal will issue your PAN free, or the gazette PDF can be downloaded free from the state portal, you hear that before you hear our fee. Selling somebody a service the government already gives away is the fastest way to lose a client permanently, and the slowest way to build a business worth having.
Nothing is promised that no agent controls. Approval rests with the department, always. What can be promised is that the file is correct, complete and correctly sequenced when it goes in — which is most of what determines whether it comes back.
