Terms & conditions of our professional services
Plain terms for a plain relationship: we provide professional assistance and documentation support, government fees are always separate, and no honest firm can guarantee an approval or an exact date. Here is the full basis on which we work.

What these terms cover
Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply when you engage Harsiddhi Services — an independent documentation and compliance firm in Vadodara, Gujarat — to assist with a government-related process such as a gazette name change, passport application, GST registration or return, a Digital Signature Certificate, or legal document drafting. By instructing us to begin work, you accept these terms.
We provide professional assistance, consultation, drafting, facilitation and compliance support. We prepare and submit applications on your instruction and follow them up. We do not make government decisions and are not a substitute for the authority that grants an approval.
What we need from you
The quality of the outcome depends heavily on the accuracy of what you give us. When you engage us, you agree that:
- The documents and information you provide are genuine, accurate, current and yours to use.
- You will disclose anything relevant to the application — for example an existing record, a prior rejection, or a name spelled differently across documents.
- You will review drafts we send you (affidavits, application details, spellings) and confirm them before we submit.
- You will pay the agreed professional fee and any applicable government fee in the manner and at the time we specify.
Why this matters
If an application is delayed or rejected because information you supplied was wrong, incomplete or withheld, that is outside our control. We will help you correct and re-submit, but re-submission may involve fresh government fees and further work.
Our fees and government fees
Our professional fee is what you pay us for our work. It is separate from any government fee, newspaper advertisement charge, notary charge, or third-party cost, all of which are set by those parties and passed on to you at cost.
- We disclose a fixed quote for our work before we begin, and we tell you the government fee that applies to your case.
- Government fees, stamp charges and newspaper charges can change without notice; we bill them as they actually stand when your application is filed.
- Published prices — for example gazette Normal ₹3,000 / Express ₹5,500, passport assistance ₹499, GST registration ₹499 — are our professional fees only and never include government charges.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Outcomes and timelines
The honest limit of what any firm can promise
Approval of any application rests solely with the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, nor can we guarantee an exact completion date. Any timeline we give — such as "typically 45–60 days" for a gazette — is indicative, based on cases we have handled, and depends on government processing that is outside our control. Be cautious of anyone who promises a guaranteed approval or a fixed date; that is not something an honest facilitator can offer.
What we do commit to is our own work: careful checking, accurate drafting, timely filing, honest updates, and follow-up until the authority reaches a decision.
Government portals and external parties
Applications are ultimately processed on official government portals and by authorities, notaries, newspapers and Certifying Authorities that operate under their own rules and terms. We are not responsible for their downtime, processing delays, fee changes, or decisions. Where we link to an official portal, it is for your convenience; the authority's own site is always the authoritative source.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable professional care in everything we do. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for government fees, indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and rejections caused by factors outside our control — including inaccurate information supplied by you, authority decisions, portal outages, or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly and fairly first — please raise it with us through our contact page before anything else.
We may update these terms as our services or the law change; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, which applies to work commissioned after that date.
