A small team that puts its name to your paperwork
Documentation is a people business. When you hand over your originals and your details, you are trusting the individuals who handle them — not a logo. Here is who does the work at our Vadodara centre and what each part of the team is responsible for.

Roles, not just names
We are a compact team by design. A smaller group means your case does not get lost between departments, and the person who greets you is rarely far from the person doing the work. Below we describe each role and the credentials that back it.
The 2-minute shortcut
Photograph your documents, send them on WhatsApp, and we take it from there — verification, drafting, filing and follow-up, with updates at every stage.
You only visit if the rules require your presence. Most clients never do.
Leadership
The firm is founder-led, and management stays close to daily work rather than sitting above it. That is deliberate: the standards a documentation centre lives or dies by — checking every spelling, keeping prices honest, returning originals safely — are set at the desk, not in a boardroom. Leadership here still reviews difficult cases personally and answers for the promises the business makes to clients.
GST practiceGST practitioner — Sejal Parmar
Our GST work is led by Sejal Parmar, a registered GST practitioner (practitioner ID 242000004888GPL). GST is a field where small errors invite notices months later, so having a registered practitioner on the team — not a general clerk — is central to how we work. From registration and monthly returns to amendments and notice replies, this is the person accountable for getting the filings right. See the full GST services we offer, or for deeper GST guidance our specialist site GujaratGST.in goes further.
Compliance teamCompliance & verification
Before anything is filed, it is checked. Our compliance function is the part of the team responsible for reconciling your documents against each other — the date on the PAN against the date on the school leaving certificate, the spelling on Aadhaar against the affidavit — and for making sure each application meets the current requirements of the office it is going to. This is quiet, unglamorous work, and it is where most delays are prevented.
Documentation teamDrafting & documentation
Affidavits, indemnity bonds, declarations and applications are prepared by our documentation team in Gujarati, Hindi and English. Precise, consistent wording matters enormously — an affidavit that does not match the newspaper advertisement can bounce a whole file — so drafting is treated as a skilled task, not a template fill. Explore the range on our legal documentation page.
Customer supportFront desk & client support
Whether you walk in or message on WhatsApp, the support team is your single point of contact. They explain what to bring, keep you updated at each stage in writing, and make sure your originals are returned safely. Their job is to remove the silence and uncertainty that make government paperwork stressful.
Notary — through Advocate N. J. Parmar
Notarisation of affidavits and other documents is provided through Advocate N. J. Parmar, who brings more than 35 years of legal experience. Having an experienced advocate handling notarial acts means the documents we draft are sworn and attested correctly the first time, which keeps the wider process moving. For notary-specific needs, our specialist sites GujaratNotary.in and VadodaraNotary.in cover this work in depth, and you can read about how notarisation fits into a case on our notary page.
Real people, real accountability
We name the individuals and partners responsible for the work because accountability is part of trust — and we would rather show fewer profiles than present a stock photograph as one of our team.
Speak to a real person, not a bot
Tell us what you need and the right member of the team will help. During office hours, you will usually hear back within minutes.
