Anyone who has stood in a government queue in Gujarat knows the feeling: the form that asks for a document you have never heard of, the agent who quotes one price and charges another, the week that turns into a month with no explanation. In 2017 we opened a small office at Chhani Jakatnaka Circle in Vadodara to be the opposite of that experience — a place where the paperwork is explained in plain language, the fee is fixed before any work starts, and someone actually answers the phone when you ask what stage your file has reached.

The work began with the kinds of documentation local families needed most: gazette name changes after marriage, affidavits, and help with passports and PAN. Word travelled the way it does in a city like Vadodara — one satisfied person telling the next. Over more than nine years that steady trust has grown into a centre that has assisted with more than 1,200+ Gazette applications and now covers four full service verticals.

We are still, at heart, the same office. The scale is larger and the systems are tighter, but the promise has not moved: treat every client's paperwork as carefully as if it were our own, and never make the process feel more frightening or more expensive than it needs to be.

What we do

Four verticals, one careful process

Most documentation firms try to be everything to everyone and end up shallow in all of it. We chose the opposite: go genuinely deep in four areas that Gujarat needs every day, and support them with the surrounding documentation that clients almost always need alongside.

Our mission is simple to state and hard to live up to every single day: make government documentation in Gujarat affordable, transparent and genuinely professional. Three words, three commitments.

Affordable. A fair professional fee, published where we can and quoted in a fixed figure before work begins — never a moving number that grows once you are committed.
Transparent. Government fees are always shown separately from our charges. If a rule or fee is uncertain, we say so and point you to the official portal rather than guessing.
Professional. The affidavit, the advertisement and the application match word for word; the file is checked before it is filed; and you are told honestly what we can and cannot promise.
