Each stage below marks a genuine shift in what we could do for the people who walked through our door — from a single documentation service to the four verticals we run today. Where a precise year or figure would risk being invented, we have kept the milestone honest and general and marked it clearly.

Stage by stage, 2017 to today
- 2017 — the desk opens. Harsiddhi Services begins in Vadodara with the documentation local families needed most: gazette name changes, affidavits and basic government paperwork. One office, a careful process, and a promise to keep pricing honest.
- The early years — word of mouth takes over. Gazette and affidavit work grows steadily as clients return and refer relatives and friends. Reputation, not advertising, becomes the engine of the business.
- Formalising the business. The firm is registered for GST (24ETLPP2031J1ZM) and later recognised as a government-approved CSC (ID 136237240013), giving clients a verifiable identity to trust.
- Adding GST expertise. Demand from small businesses and online sellers leads us to build a dedicated GST practice, run under GST practitioner ID 242000004888GPL. Registration, returns and compliance become a core service.
- Passport and DSC round out the four verticals. Passport assistance and Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates are added, completing the four pillars we are known for today: Gazette, Passport, GST and DSC.
- Specialist websites are launched. To go deep on individual subjects, we build focused sites — GujaratGazette.com, GujaratGST.in, GujaratNotary.in and VadodaraNotary.in — with HarsiddhiServices.in as the parent brand behind them.
- Today — 6,000+ applications across services. More than nine years on, we operate as a full documentation and compliance centre, having assisted with over 1,200+ Gazette applications while keeping the same small-office care we started with.
- Where we are heading. Our aim for the decade ahead is to become one of Gujarat's most trusted names in documentation and compliance — deeper in each vertical, richer in free knowledge, and always transparent on price.
The things we refused to grow out of
Businesses often lose their best qualities as they scale. We have worked hard not to. Three things have stayed exactly as they were on day one, and we intend to keep them that way.
- Honest pricing. A fixed professional fee, quoted before work begins, with government fees always shown separately. The figures on our pricing page are the same ones you will hear on the phone.
- Honest scope. We still tell people when they do not need a service, and we still refuse to promise approvals or fixed government dates that only the authority can decide.
