How we work, shown through the kinds of cases we see
The best way to understand a documentation firm is to watch how it thinks through a problem. The stories below are illustrative, anonymised composites drawn from the patterns we handle regularly — no real names, and no promises of a particular result, because every case and every authority is different.

What these stories are — and are not
Illustrative, not testimonial
To protect client privacy, these are illustrative composites that combine common patterns from cases we have handled since 2017. Names, identifying details and exact timelines have been removed or generalised. They show our method and the kinds of problems we solve — they are not claims that your case will finish in a particular time or reach a particular result. Every application depends on your documents and on the deciding authority, which no agent controls. For genuine client feedback, see our reviews page.
Your time is worth more than this paperwork

A name change after marriage, with mismatched records
Situation. A newly married professional wanted her records to reflect her married name before an upcoming passport application. Her Aadhaar, PAN and bank records each showed slightly different spellings — a common outcome of years of small data-entry differences.
Approach. Before drafting anything, we reconciled every document side by side and agreed a single correct spelling. We then drafted the affidavit, arranged the newspaper advertisement and prepared the gazette application so that all three matched word for word — the single most common reason files are queried. We explained the honest end-to-end timeline up front rather than quoting a magic number.
Outcome. With clean, consistent paperwork filed in one go, the case moved through the process without an avoidable query, and she had her published e-gazette entry in hand to begin updating her other records. See the full marriage name change service.
Case two · PassportA passport application blocked by a name mismatch
Situation. An applicant had already booked a passport appointment when he realised his name appeared differently on Aadhaar and on his school certificate — the kind of mismatch that can lead to an application being held up.
Approach. We talked through the options honestly: whether a correction or a gazette entry was the cleaner route for his particular records, and how that fitted his appointment date. Rather than rush him into the wrong fix, we sequenced the documentation so each record supported the next, and kept his professional fee and the separate government fees clear throughout.
Outcome. With the underlying mismatch resolved first, his passport paperwork went in on consistent records instead of contradictory ones. Our guide on passport and Aadhaar name mismatches explains this situation in depth.
Case three · GSTAn online seller who needed GST the right way
Situation. A first-time entrepreneur planning to sell on a large marketplace needed GST registration quickly, but was unsure which details the platform required and worried about getting a notice later for a small mistake.
Approach. Our registered GST practitioner handled the registration end to end, choosing the correct particulars for a marketplace seller and explaining the ongoing monthly return obligation in plain language so there were no surprises. We set out the fixed professional fees — registration and monthly filing — before starting.
Outcome. The seller began trading on a clean registration and understood exactly what filing was due each month. For online sellers specifically, see GST for Amazon sellers and our knowledge piece on GST for online sellers.
Case four · DSCA Class 3 signature needed before a tender deadline
Situation. A small firm discovered it needed a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate to submit a tender that was closing within days, and did not know which type or token it required.
Approach. We identified the correct Class 3 certificate for tender use, guided the paperless eKYC video verification, and explained the USB token so the signature could actually be used on the portal. Because individual paperless DSCs are typically issued within about a day, the tight schedule was realistic — and we said so honestly rather than overpromising.
Outcome. The firm had a working certificate in time to attempt its submission. Learn more about DSC for tenders and Class 3 DSCs.
Case five · DocumentationA date-of-birth correction that needed the right paper trail
Situation. A parent needed a child's date of birth corrected across records, and had been told different things by different people about whether an affidavit, a gazette entry, or both were required.
Approach. We explained what each document actually does, drafted the affidavit correctly, arranged notarisation through our advocate partner, and prepared the gazette route where it was genuinely needed — without adding steps that were not. Every fee was fixed and disclosed before work began.
Outcome. The family proceeded with a clear, correctly ordered set of documents instead of a confusing mix. See our date-of-birth correction service and the affidavits we prepare.
What every one of these cases shares
Read them together and a pattern emerges. In each case the real work happened before anything was filed — in the checking, the sequencing, and the honest conversation about what was and was not possible. That is deliberate. Delays and rejections are mostly created early, by mismatched or incomplete paperwork, and mostly cannot be undone late. Our value is concentrated at that front end.
