An independent professional firm
Last updated: July 2026. Harsiddhi Services is a privately owned documentation and compliance firm based in Vadodara, Gujarat, operating since 2017. We assist individuals and businesses with government-related paperwork — gazette name changes, passports, GST, Digital Signature Certificates, legal drafting and related services — by preparing, checking and submitting applications on your behalf and following them up.
What "independent" means here
We are not a government department, office, portal or agency. We are not affiliated with, appointed by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government body. Being a Government-approved Common Service Centre (CSC ID 136237240013) and a registered GST practitioner means we are authorised to use certain facilities and offer certain professional services — it does not make us part of the government or give our decisions any official standing.
We do not perform government functions
Approval, rejection, publication and issuance of any government document rests solely with the relevant authority. We cannot grant a passport, publish a gazette, issue a GSTIN, or approve a licence — only the concerned department can. We prepare and submit your application correctly and chase it diligently, but the decision is never ours.
Any names of departments, portals or schemes on this site are used only to describe the service we assist with. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by those bodies.
