Careers at a firm where careful work is the whole job
We are a small, steady Vadodara business that has grown on trust since 2017. If you take pride in getting details exactly right and treating people well, you would fit in here. We do not always have a formal opening — but we are always glad to hear from the right person.
We read every genuine application, even when no role is posted.
What it is like to work here
Our work is quiet and consequential. A single mismatched date on an affidavit can cost a client weeks, so we care deeply about doing small things correctly the first time. That shapes the kind of place we are: calm rather than frantic, honest with clients about what is and is not possible, and supportive of people who are still learning the craft. We would rather train a careful, decent person well than hire in a hurry.
You will deal with real people at an anxious moment — someone changing their name, a first-time business owner, a family sorting out a document. Treating them with patience and clarity is not a soft skill here; it is the job. If that sounds like work you could take pride in, read on.
The 2-minute shortcut
Photograph your documents, send them on WhatsApp, and we take it from there — verification, drafting, filing and follow-up, with updates at every stage.
You only visit if the rules require your presence. Most clients never do.
Where people fit on our team
We do not post a permanent vacancy list, because we hire when the right person appears. Broadly, these are the roles our work is built around — and the ones we are most often glad to hear from.
- Documentation executive. Drafting and checking affidavits, applications and gazette paperwork in Gujarati, Hindi and English, and reconciling clients' documents against each other. Suits someone precise, literate in all three languages, and calm under detail.
- GST associate. Supporting our registered practitioner with registrations, monthly returns and notice work. A commerce or accounting background helps, along with a willingness to keep learning as rules change.
- Front-desk & client support. The friendly, organised first point of contact — greeting visitors, guiding clients on WhatsApp, keeping cases updated and originals safe. Communication and warmth matter most here.
- Interns. Genuine, hands-on exposure across gazette, GST, passport and DSC work for students and recent graduates. Not busywork — real documentation experience under guidance.

Getting in touch is simple
- Send your CV. Email it to help@harsiddhiservices.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 94267 80195.
- Tell us a little about you. Which kind of role interests you, your languages, your background, and when you could start. A short, honest note is worth more than a long one.
- We respond and keep good CVs on file. If there is a fit now, we will arrange a conversation. If not, we hold on to strong applications and reach out when a suitable opening comes up.
No fake openings, and no application fees — ever
We will never advertise a role we are not genuinely open to filling, and we will never ask you to pay anything to apply, train, or be considered. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, treat it as fraudulent and tell us. Honest hiring is part of running an honest firm.
The bottom line
Every week we meet people who lost a month to a small avoidable mistake. The fee we charge exists to make sure you are not one of them. One message, a fixed written quote, and your paperwork moves.
