Booking takes one message
We keep this deliberately simple. There is no live booking form on this site — and that is on purpose, because a real person confirming your slot is more reliable than an automated calendar for document work. To book:

- Tell us the service and a preferred time. For example, "gazette name change, Saturday afternoon". We confirm a slot or suggest the nearest one.
- Get a confirmation and a document list. We reply with your time and exactly what to bring, so a single visit is usually enough.

Do you even need an appointment?
For many people, no. Here is the honest guidance so you do not make an unnecessary trip.
- Walk in for quick jobs during office hours — a simple affidavit, a straightforward query, dropping documents. We serve walk-ins as they arrive.
- Book a time if you are travelling a distance, need unhurried attention for a complex case, or want to be certain the right person is free. It avoids waiting and wasted journeys.
- Skip the visit entirely where the work can be done over WhatsApp — many gazette, GST and DSC cases start and progress remotely, with only the essential step done in person if required.

What to bring to your visit
The exact list depends on your service, and we send it when you book. As a general rule, bring:
- Photo ID and its copies — Aadhaar and PAN, originals plus a self-attested photocopy each.
- Documents specific to your task — for a passport, the old passport; for GST, business and address proof; for a gazette, proofs of your current and desired name.
- Anything showing the correct spelling or detail you want reflected, so we can match every document exactly.
- Your phone — for OTPs and to receive scans and confirmations on WhatsApp.
