How to be certain you are dealing with us
Documentation is a trade people impersonate, because the victim is already expecting to hand over identity documents and money. This page lists the only channels we use, the things we will never ask you for, and what to do if something feels wrong. Read it once and you are largely inoculated.

Any other number, address, domain name or spelling variation is not us, whatever it claims. We have no branches, no franchisees, and no agents collecting money on our behalf anywhere.
Things we will never do
- Ask for your banking password, UPI PIN or card CVV. Never, for any reason.
- Ask you to read out an OTP over the phone, or forward one by message. Where a government process needs an OTP, you enter it yourself, on your own device, usually sitting with us.
- Ask you to install a screen-sharing or remote-control app so we can “help you complete the form”. This is the single most common documentation scam running in India, and the answer is always no.
- Promise a guaranteed approval, a guaranteed date, or a result through “contacts” inside a department. Nobody can deliver that. Anyone promising it is either lying or planning something worse.
- Demand immediate payment to release a document, with urgency and a threat attached. Our prices are published and fixed in advance.
- Ask you to pay into a personal account belonging to an individual whose name you have never heard.
The one-line test
If a message or call creates urgency and asks for an OTP, a PIN, a remote-access app, or a payment to an unfamiliar account — it is not us. Stop, and ring +91 94267 80195 yourself. Never call back on a number the suspicious message gave you.
Verifying a payment request
Before paying anything, confirm the amount and the destination by calling one of the two numbers above, dialled by you from our website or your own contact list — not from a number in the message. Our fees are published openly on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before work starts. A demand that does not match a published price, or that appears after work is complete, deserves a phone call before a payment.
Government fees are always identified separately and paid to the government or its appointed processor, except on our PAN service where the government fee is expressly included in the published all-inclusive price and we say so on the page.
Fake “government agent” claims
Harsiddhi Services is a private firm. We hold a government-approved Common Service Centre licence and a GST practitioner registration, and neither makes us part of any government department. We are not UIDAI, not the Passport Office, not the Income Tax Department, and we cannot approve anything. Anyone claiming to be a government officer connected to us, or claiming that paying us secures official approval, is committing a fraud on you.
Impersonation of our staff
The people who work here are named on this website — Jayrajsinh Parmar, Sejal J. Parmar and Advocate N. J. Parmar. If someone contacts you using one of those names from a number that is not ours, it is not them. If you are unsure whether a person at our counter is authorised to take your documents, ask for the proprietor.
If you think you have been targeted
- Tell us on +91 94267 80195 or help@harsiddhiservices.in, even if you did not lose anything — it helps us warn others.
- Report financial fraud immediately on the national cyber-crime helpline 1930, or at cybercrime.gov.in. Speed matters enormously in the first hours.
- Contact your bank at once to freeze the transaction if money has left your account.
- Keep the evidence — screenshots, the number used, the account paid into.
If your documents may have been compromised, our document handling and data security policies explain what we do at our end, and we will help you work out what needs to be locked down at yours.
